Terms of Use

You're responsible for the activity on your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for the content you create with the service. Don't share API keys publicly. Don't impersonate someone else.

You agree not to use Axtra Intellion to:

• build or distribute malware, phishing kits, or anything intended to attack other systems;
• process content that is illegal where it's produced or consumed;
• circumvent the rate limits, billing, or access controls of the service;
• reverse-engineer the service except where local law permits and we can't lawfully restrict it.

You retain all rights to the agent specs, generated code, and other content you create with Axtra Intellion. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content as needed to operate the service for you. We don't use your content to train shared models.

When paid plans are available, they'll be billed in advance on the cadence shown at the time of purchase (monthly or annual), and you'll be able to cancel at any time, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billing period. Any usage-based charges (deploys, generations beyond plan limits) will be disclosed before they apply.

We work hard to keep Axtra Intellion available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service on the free tier. Enterprise plans, when offered and agreed in a separate written agreement, will include SLA-backed commitments.

You can close your account at any time from settings. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms; where possible we'll give notice and a chance to cure first.

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axtra Intellion's aggregate liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim arose.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation in good faith. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the competent courts of Thailand.

We may revise these terms. Material changes will be communicated via the product or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the new terms.
