Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what data Axtra Intellion collects when you use our service, why we collect it, and the choices you have over how it's used. It applies to the Axtra Intellion web app, API, and any related services we operate at axtl.dev.
What we collect
Account data. When you sign up via our authentication provider (Clerk), we store your email address, display name, and a Clerk-managed user identifier. Clerk processes your login credentials and maintains your authenticated session. This is the minimum we need to authenticate you and contact you about your account.
Workspace content. Agent specs, generated schemas, API keys, deployment metadata, and logs that you create inside the product. This data is yours; we treat it as confidential.
Operational logs. As the service runs it records request metadata and error diagnostics — timestamps, endpoints, status codes, and error traces — used to keep the service reliable and to debug problems. We don't run third-party analytics or advertising trackers. We collect first-party product usage events (page views, signup steps, agent creation) to understand how the service is used and improve it. We don't sell this data.
How we use it
We use the data above to deliver the product, secure your account, provide customer support, send service emails (billing receipts, security notices), and improve Axtra Intellion. We do not use your workspace content to train shared models.
Third-party processors
Axtra Intellion relies on a small set of sub-processors that handle data on our behalf under standard data processing agreements:
- Clerk — authentication and account management. Clerk stores your email address, display name, and user identifier. It sets the cookies
__session,__client_uat, and__clerk_db_jwtto maintain your authenticated session. - Railway — application hosting and deployment.
- Cloudflare — DNS and edge delivery.
We don't sell your data to anyone. Email the address at the bottom of this page for the current sub-processor list if you need it for a compliance review.
Cookies
We use strictly-necessary (functional) cookies to keep you signed in. These cookies are set by our authentication provider, Clerk, when you sign in and include __session, __client_uat, and __clerk_db_jwt. They are required for the service to function and are not used for advertising or cross-site tracking. We set no analytics or marketing cookies. First-party product analytics use browser session storage (not cookies) and do not track you across sites. you'll be signed out.
Retention
Account and workspace data persist until you delete them or close your account. Operational logs are retained for a limited window (around 90 days) for debugging and security, then rotated. Audit logs may be retained longer where law requires.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, export, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Email us to exercise any of these.
Changes
We may revise this policy. Material changes will be communicated via the product or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version.
